Congrats to all here!
D was accepted to U of Hartford (CT) with Presidential scholarship of 12K/yr and admission to U Honors program-renewable as long as she maintains a 3.0 GPA. Her current HS GPA is 94.0/100, SATs were around 2020.
This is her first acceptance of 9 apps, so we’re waiting to see what else appears in the mailbox.

Both Twin 1 and Twin 2 offered in today’s mail the Trustee Scholarship to Sacred Heart U ($9K renewable with 3.2 gpa). Waiting to hear if there is some athletic monies coming their way, in addition to Honors program $$$.

D was offered 24K at Marymount Manhattan, 30K at Webster, 10K at Point Park University plus 40K talent scholarship, academic & leadership merit scholarships otherwise. Feel free to PM me for stats and additional info.

D received 22K a year, renewable for 4 years from Ohio Wesleyan. She is excited.

Someone mentioned earlier that Texas A&M is “stingy” and I think I’m ready to agree. Son received $20K/year renewable scholarship for 4 years to Tulane University but his dream school is A&M (and he’s already accepted the admissions offer there). No offer to date from A&M whatsoever…

Daughter has received 15000 guaranteed so far from Texas A&M and should be over 55000 when hopefully she get NMF. If your son is not nmsf then the major scholarships are announced the first part of Feb. My older daughter received Lechner (10000) around then. Don’t give up, I am sure there will be offers. Right now they are concentrating on National Merit kids.

Finally got the value of the “Deans” scholarship at Santa Clara. D got that and a Santa Clara Scholarship for a total of 21K renewable x4. A wonderful surprise as we were hoping for 10k. Also got a 3k unsubsidized loan???

ChaChing. Congratulations Shrinkrap’s kid. That is a good amount for Santa Clara! And a nice school, too!

Think you Citrusbelt. She has an overnight at Mill’s scheduled in a few weeks.

D received full-tuition ($27,000/year for four years) to McDaniel College. Also was accpeted into the Honors Program. Has to maintain a 3.5 and good standing.

My S recieved $24,000 a year from Tulane with admission to Honors College; $16,000 a year from Drexel with admission to Honors College and full tuition, room and board from University of Central Florida. He is a NMSF and if he makes finalist and lists UCF as first choice he will get the free tuition, room and board. Anyone know about UCF? We are from PA and are flying down to see the school over Presidents Weekend. I’m not sure about their academics - son plans on being a physics major.

D accepted Ithaca College; 6K/yr.

Congratulations to all students and parents…

Of 6 applications submitted, my S is 2 for 2 on offers ~ here’s where he’s at, to-date:
