<p>Just spoke to CC. They said that everyone would know today before Midnight. Exactly what I thought.</p>
<p>I asked again if everyone had been notified as semifinalists and if the ones being sent were rejections only at this point?</p>
<p>I was reassured that there were a few semifinalists that would be notified with this group…?</p>
<p>But, my thoughts and feelings about the last mass email was right.</p>

<p>I would like to say my heart goes out to the families and victims in today’s Conn shooting. We may be rejected by CC, but we are able to continue our education; not like those that lost their lives so early.</p>
<p>My thoughts are redirected now on more important matters.</p>

<p>Still nothing. FB page says they will continue to go out “through this evening.” One Ivy deferral today and one acceptance so I fear this will be a rejection to complete the set.</p>
<p>eek. Haven’t received any email at all whatsoever. Guess I’ll just focus my attention somewhere else. I guess it makes sense though. Judging from past years this scholarship puts a lot of emphasis on community service and leadership, which I think many others have much more than I do. Spent too much time on music T_T Good luck to all the semis!</p>

<p>I haven’t gotten anything. I wouldn’t be surprised if I was disqualified though, think I turned it in late or twice because I remember turning it in before the deadline then checking it again after the deadline and being allowed to turn it in again o.O Ehh oh well</p>

<p>^I don’t think so. I even reread the application submission confirmation email coca cola gave me and it did say that you can go back and review your application as needed.</p>

…so they got the application, and yet nothing heard one way or the other yet. I just checked and don’t see how you can log in to check your application now that it is closed. Anyone got clues?</p>

<p>My S got an email the first time he went into the application, because in order to register you have to “submit” - he went back later and finished.</p>
<p>I think that’s the only email. It started out “Thank you, {Name}, for submitting your application…” and then said you can update your application as often as you want.</p>

<p>Thanks for the replies. Please know I don’t mean to sound obsessed with this but find it interested that no one hasn’t heard anything much since 12/11. I’m very analytical about figuring out the logistics of the process. I’m also puzzled by what is being expressed to expect and nothing happens for all that are waiting.</p>
<p>I admit I would like to know one way or another. However, computers do have glitches and I would be disappointed if for the ones that’ doesn’t hear anything to not follow-up next week with CC. You owe yourself that much. I’m so sorry for those who have been waiting since Tuesday when the first emails were being received.</p>
