Well I’ve been dreaming of Harvard since the third grade, and I’d be really surprised if I wasn’t accepted at Tulane or Duke, but beyond that, I haven’t thought much about it.

Japanese colleges: Waseda and Meiji
America colleges: Cornell, Dartmouth, Middlebury, NYU, Berklee College of Music, Columbia, Emory, Carnegie Mellon University, Yale, and Stanford.

Legacy? Or what?

I think I’d cry if I didn’t get accepted to any of my reach schools. If I got into one of them, I could just be like “screw the others” but if they all rejected me… I’d start wailing like I used to when I was four. And never stop.

Columbia has always been my dream school, but reviewing the accepted and rejected student statistics has depressed the hell out of me.

Schedule:

English II
AP World History
Chemistry I
Geometry
Sports Medicine 2
Spanish 2
Student Leadership 1

Interest in Colleges:

No specific order, but I honestly don’t care too much about going to an ivy league school. My profession doesn’t really require that, it just requires a BS (and later a Masters, if you want to move further up). I also live in Texas and have no interest in leaving Texas, but will apply to Arkansas and Oklahoma just so that I can have some more colleges on my list.

University of Texas - Austin
Baylor University
Texas Christian University
Texas State University - San Marcos
Arkansas State University
Oklahoma State University

LOL my friends termed USC “University of ****ty Caliber;” everyone just looked down on USC like it was such a crappy college.

Btw I graduated this year and will be attending Berkeley, cuz I didn’t get into any Ivies despite working my ASS off in HS. w/e…

How about attending Berkeley because it’s a kick-ass institution? :)

In my previous post I said I would be fine as long as I got into one of my reach schools. Yet I love Yale. And so much more than for the name. Damnitthisisadisaster. The day the rejection comes, I will be a huge mess.

Top choices: Harvard, Dartmouth, MIT, NYU
