I feel your pain, i spent my first week of summer living vicariously through my friends who were at NFL’s in kansas city…And all i will think about for the last couple weeks of august its Extemp/LD prep for Yale!

trololol really? thinking about colleges /already/?

though i do too, i really don’t know what college i’d ever want to go to. mit is just my dream school (literally. i had a dream i went there once), cause all smart people i know go there (visiting there in a week for a camp [NOT a college visiting camp btw] so ill see how it is). but yeah idk.

I spent a lot of time on the prep school admissions forum, first posting as an applicant, then giving advice to applicants once I was at a school.

As a senior (and that feels weird to say), I advise all of you guys to stop worrying about colleges until spring of your junior year. I thought about where I’d like to go to college all through high school and I really regret it. It just caused lots of stress and now that I actually have to do tours and research I’m so burned out and don’t really care where I go to college anymore. So don’t be me.
