could someone plz tell me which CR section(3 or 4) was experimental...?? plzz

I hope both are experimental lol...

On the contrary u shud wish tht none of the sections were experimental

oh oh... tell me that the section on the art-critic ('tard dude) was experimental... which one was eet? did anyone get like 4 math sections?
yeah... this SAT was definitely harder... wanted to push up my score... i'm guessing it's going down though...
oh- and the SAT marking is based on a normal-distribution, right?
soo, does difficulty matter?

btw... am a neighbor! HI! Indian! (:

@ccprofile
Why is that so??

@100%tuna
many r guessing that either section4 or 5 is experimental (NOTE: WHERE THERE WERE 4 CR SECTIONS)

Im hoping for section4

what is normal distribution??? sory didn get u der

mahajan: normal distribution is a bell-curve, so they mark according to the performance of all-test takers. in other words, if say, everyone did well, the 800 mark is going to be higher (maybe you'd need a perfect score), if fewer people did well, maybe you could do a few questions wrong and still get a perfect 800!

ccprofile (and others): i don't really remember what section was what- could you please relate it to the content eg. the art-critic section etc. thanks! (:
(oh PS: i totally got screwed on the art-critic one! :()

thnx...newz this sat was too tuff than the nov one...m nt gonna send these scores

umm... you can choose to or not to send the scores? i though collegeboard sent ALL the scores! O_o

anyone... someone...? about the experimental section?
(i'm biting my fingernails... no, fingers... no, hands and arms because of this one!!)

oh yay! my 200th post! (:

@puredreams09:u need to get a raw score 65 or 66 out of 67 to get an 800. But if u had an additional section and none of the sections were experimental then u wud need to get 65/66 out of 85+.So, it wud be a good thing to not have any experimental section. :D

@100%tuna: I didn't take the Dec. SAT. So, can't help u out with the experimental section.

@rmaharjan: R u planning on sending attested copy of ur scores?

^^ lol..
i even doubt getting abt 50/85..
:( im so worried.. aba sabai bhagwan ko haat ma cha..

"aba sabai bhagwan ko haat ma cha.."
woah! that's so much like hindi!!

NEPALI- "aba sabai bhagwan ko haat ma cha.."

HINDI- "ab sab bhagwan ke haat me hey"

@rmmaharjan- this SAT was hard- i didn't take SAT I but SAT II were also hard.

for all those earlier SAT II test takers, please inform me about this and say me ur guess.I am impatient.
I was planning to give Maths I but on the test day i changed my mind and take my risk to solve Maths II and physics and chemistry ..............

Please say me :
would the raw scores of 36 on Maths II give 700 in minimum (I left 6 questions)
raw scores of 40 give 700 in chemistry(left 8 questions) in minimum
raw scores of 50 give 700 in physics.(left 11 questions-really conceptual and really hard than Barrons more tougher than Barrons this time )

Guys please help me , do these scores get in total 2100.If not what raw scores would it need then?

@ctrl............

hey, yo SAT ko bhar chhaina -this is the waste of ur fantastic saturday morning-really...........but chinta nagara .it would be fine.......

as far as ur guessed raw scores i think u wud get all 700s in minimum,lets c what others CC users would say hai.

ani timro ed decision ayo ta

@ctrl..

In physics, its hard to say becoz u left bt 11 questions.. in MathsIIC, score of 43-44 is 800 and if u get abt 36 raw score, its 700+
watz the full marks of chemistry?? 80 or 75? is 40/75 = 700?? dont think so!

better check out answer in SAT Subject Test forum, u'll get ur rough score..

By the way, wat is ur SAT1 score??

ya m planin to send attested scores...do i have an option???hehe

well this sat was useless...aba i havta start essay...essay r toooo tuff...
how r u guys doin abt essays?? all done?

^As cliche as it may sound, just pick up a pen and start writing anything tht comes to ur mind. The editing thing will be done later on and tht's the time when u start organizing ur passages,find effective sentences, add/delete sentences , etc..................................Ur first draft probably won't be anywhere near the final thing but it will give u something to work on.

I took SAT II.Maths II was difficult so I think the curve will be generous..I felt chemistry was easier among the three: Physics,Chem,Maths..???
