Don’t app fees have to be paid from a US bank account or did I get something wrong?

No way! I paid with my desi account.
Edit: Warning- Its about INR 10K per subject.

APs, right? What blow-offs…

10K per subject…lol…that would be half a lakh for 5 APs…I don’t see the purpose:)

Dude wait, it was $80 for me last year… (for one subject)

Curse all you 11th toppers X(

which is your LEAST favourite top 30 school ? (LAC or National University)

mine is vanerbilt. I don’t even know why.

Emory for me.

Is UMich top 30? Then that’d be it.

2013er says: uMich uMich uMich! i don’t know why i applied there… got in… rejecting… it seems like a sad, unhappy, cold school. (that’s for me- i’m sure many people love the place- so don’t grill me for saying this) :)

Haha why the UMich hate?

Sad, unhappy, cold school about says it all. :d. Nah, I’m sure it’s great. I dislike it for a completely ridiculous reason - because Lee Fiora from Prep went there. That and it just seems so COLD and everyone writes about football in their essays.

USC!

Or Notre Dame

Why Notre Dame? Everyone seems to love it.

I HATED Prep too!

least fav., in top 30, is Manchester University! Every one, EVERY one who applies there gets in…and that too into the great courses of engineering and the like. From our school, people with A level grades CEU get in!

I dislike University College London the most, for this reason (Don’t read this if you’re squeamish like I am, guys):

One of the founders (I think), Jeremy Bentham, was slightly eccentric, and they preserved his corpse, dressed it in his own clothes, and sat it on a chair. It’s on public display in the UCL South Cloister. Can you imagine Cambridge having Newton’s preserved corpse sitting on a chair for everyone to see, or something?

I was really considering UCL as my fifth university, but after I read about this on Wikipedia, I decided: St Andrews all the way :).

^^ LOL at that!

What’s so bad about it? For me, it’s history preserved for all times!
