<p>In the past, they haven’t come out until mid-January and continue through February. We were notified via snail mail rather than online, but that can always change (it was a little envelope but made him very happy 
) Of course, back then the cutoff for application was in January not December. They did not release any decisions prior to all applications being processed. Good luck! </p>
<p>They sent out an email saying they would start sending out decisions in December, but I haven’t heard of anyone getting decisions yet.</p>
