<p>@blueeyes1997 According to the link to the Post Office page posted earlier Upstate New York is estimated for Monday. Where are you upstate? </p>

<p>Ok I guess BC considered me an international student (I used to live in the Caribbean but moved here after high school) because I got a deferral email last night. Just saw it now because it was in my spam folder. Sigh oh well I already anticipated this </p>
