Why did my kid pick schools that aren’t sending out anything for 2 more weeks. She’s going insane!

D did same thing last year- majority of her schools notified 3rd week in March (or later). Those that were earlier happened to be nos. she got her 1st acceptance March 23rd. Keep faith - she ended up with 3 BFAs and 4 BAs to choose between!
I was rejected from Wright State a few weeks ago, but got my first BFA MT acceptance on Tuesday!

Regarding Ball State:
We know a TON of people who auditioned for Ball State. Everyone we know that auditioned has received a “thanks, but no thanks” email at the end of February. (I believe they all got it on the same day.)
With that being said, it’s my personal belief that if you haven’t heard yet, you’re still in play! So yay you!
I have seen two girls within the past day post acceptances on FB to Ball State.

A no from CCM, I loved the campus and the facility but I didn’t get a good feel for the environment, audition, or the students. But I did get a yes from Ohio Northern and Western Michigan! I still have yet to hear back from Point Park, the Hartt school, Baldwin Wallace, and UW-Stevens Point. THE WAITING IS SERIOUSLY KILLING ME!!!
