Class of 2024 - University of Connecticut

Where do I find the link to this financial aid/scholarship thing everyone is talking about?

@1234dcba Its called Student Administration System. Here is the link, use same username and password that you use for application status portal. Go to selfService and then studentCenter

@ctDad5772 Thanks! I don’t have a scholarship or financial aid link, but I also didn’t apply for any financial aid.

My son has the financial aid and the new admit scholarship acceptance

i have the financial aid link but not the scholarship ling :frowning:

Deleted - already saw this in another post

I have a question! Does everyone on their portal see the visit storrs campus thing on the bottom right of their portal? I also have the financial aid link there too, so I am thinking that I might have gotten into in 2nd major in the storrs campus.

My DS only has the financial aid link on the student admin page. On the admissions portal he has “visit storrs campus” and under that is a navy box with a link that says campus tour.

Yeah this is what I have also! Do you think this is good news because some wrote before they did not have the visit uconn box.

“I’m not seeing and financial aid link anywhere…I hope that’s not bad news… oddly, the button to “visit Storrs campus” is now turned off.” This what someone wrote.

When you click “request a major or campus change” does everyone’s say “To request the Storrs campus, a decision appeal must be submitted”?

Yea, I think everyone’s says that. It just means it too late to switch majors this far in the admissions without an appeal.

@philippians yes still shows that here

When I click on ‘Request a Major or Campus Change’ it says ‘To Request the Storrs campus, a decision appeal must be submitted’. My understanding is you need to submit a ‘decision appeal’ if you want to request Storrs campus (if your first choice was not Storrs). Otherwise you can submit the request online without a decision appeal. You can call undergrad admissions to confirm if you want to change your campus

When does it look like the decisions are coming out? I looked and in the past years they said Feb 27 or 28. Does this look like this will be when the decisions come out?

Also, when I go to click on Uconn hartford talk and tour, it says that this unavailable, but for uconn storrs campus tour, it lets me see the campus tour.

@sv52661 when I checked the Hartford talk & tour programs are available on Feb 28th and also few of the days in March. Here is the link… click on the dates with green to see the timings https://connect.uconn.edu/portal/hartford-tours

Everyone should remember that it’s a leap year so our results are coming out 1 day later than usual.

I can’t imagine they would do it on Sunday? I’m predicting Friday.

Yea. I feel like they would do it on a Friday. The past years they have done it on Feb. 28 or 29.
