<p>Ever since the age of two, I've wanted to be a TV Meteorologist. I want to be the real deal...not a phony who speaks and has no clue what he or she is saying.</p>

<p>My goal: To attend Penn State University Park (main campus) for four full years. Here's more information...</p>

<p>I have a 3.9 GPA
SAT scores are around a 1500. .....I took them earlier today and I'll be taking them again in December.
I applied for the Summer Session at UPark.

<p>The activities list is long, but the low SAT scores are what worry me. I know it is slightly easier to gain acceptance into the summer session, but do you think I'll be accepted into main campus? I've dreamed of this for years!</p>

<p>Good ECs and GPA. However, Sat is low. Retake for a higher score.

<p>Def on retaking the sat. Otherwise, you seem like a likely candidate for admission. Best of luck</p>

<p>If your SAT is higher, you should be in at UP but hopefully you checked “summer session” since meteorology is more selective than general admission (it’s one of the best programs in the country) </p>

I did select summer session and I know one of the professors at the institution so hopefully that helps! </p>

<p>You should try the ACT. A lot of people do better on it. Your gpa is good. I think that as long as you get your sat up a little bit you should be in. </p>

<p>knowing a professor won’t help - they have no input whatsoever at this level. Summer session will help. But brining that SAT score up is an absolute.</p>
