Hey everyone,
I go to a high school in Virginia that does not offer class rank of any kind (not even quartiles...) However I recently found out from a counselor that there are only 32 kids in my school with over a 4.0 GPA putting me well within the top 10%. Is there any way I can mention this somewhere within my application or do I just have neglect it completely?
Thanks,

Chances are that one of two things will happen. 1) Your guidance counselor will provide us an unofficial measure of class rank on the Secondary School Report or will at least report the highest GPA to us from your class or 2) your high school profile (included with your application) will provide us more information about distribution of GPAs. You can ask your counselor if either of these measures is in place or to see your school’s profile so you know what we’ll see when we review your application.
