I was just wondering what class rank gets submitted to your colleges that you apply to? Is it your final class rank as a junior
or is it your first quarter/midterm class rank as a senior?

Talk to the guidance counselor in your HS. Not every school does things the same way.
Talk to your counselor. My daughter’s school doesn’t report rank to college even though they track it internally.
