@codemachine, My AP Euro. class started with 35 students. After the third-week drop date, it had 17 between both sections. At semester break, it had 12. XD
However, of those 12, 3 scored 3’s, 2 scored 5’s, the rest got 4’s. It was harder then hell, but certainly good prep for the exam.
AP Euro, but only because last year there were 7 kids…so that says something.
I really hate AP Lit and AP Calc already. Not a math person, and Lit is just terrible.
I’m scared for AP Calc and a bit for AP Euro. Euro isn’t heard much at my school and Calc has a reputation because the only AB teacher acts like she’s 17 (basically our age) and plays favorites and the Calc BC teachers are well known for not playing around. The rest of my classes are easy/interesting/nothing new.
I understand the AP Chemistry pain, but I’m more worried for AP Calc BC and AP Physics 1.
AP stats because I have the teacher who is notorious for only giving C’s, also AP Calc becasue I have the same teacher I had in precal and it was my only B in two years.
AP Physics
I’m scared of Honors Chinese. It’s too late for me to drop it & I’m pretty sure I forgot everything over the summer B-)
I’m just worried about doing three APs at once. I’m a junior, I came from a really small school so all I could take my sophomore year was 1 AP. I did well on the AP though, and history isn’t really my thing either, so I figured I give it a go.
I don’t have any hard classes this year lol. Sophomore year
AP3 is going to be a killer this year, I’ve heard horrible things about my teacher grade wise lol
AP Calculus AB, I did not do great in Pre-Calc last year, and there are still things in Pre-Calc that I do not fully understand. AP Calc is based on Pre-Calc, and it is notorious for the deep concepts involved. I hope I do not get overwhelmed by the wide range of things covered in the course this year.
Physics, the teacher is awful and retiring unfortunately after this year. She is such a sweet woman, but can not teach to save her life. Otherwise AP Bio wont kill me as the teacher knows me, and i was top of my Biology class Sophomore year. I am taking AP Bio as a senior though so its a little awkward being one of the only seniors with Juniors. AP Euro is the “hardest” class at my school but i love the time period, its a good thing also that the teacher and my dad grew up together.
AP Biology is actually pretty easy. I got a 5 on the AP Exam. AP Calc AB is a pretty easy class, especially if you took pre-calc (which I didn’t) and literally anyone can get a 5 on the exam. I’m pretty sure I got more than half of the exam wrong but still got a 5. The exam is same for BC, easy to get a 5, but the class is harder. AP Physics C was the hardest class I’ve taken in high school. Maybe it was just my teacher that sucked but I hardly learned anything or knew anything. AP Chem is definitely a hard class, or maybe that is also just due to my stupid teacher who literally knows nothing. AP European History is also one of the hardest AP’s and I’m currently taking it. We’ll see how it goes. So in summary AP Physics C, AP Chem, and AP Euro are the hardest AP classes, which I’m saying from experience.
I’m taking AP Euro 1 and 2. I’m extremely worried!! :-S
AP Chemistry, or AP Calculus BC
Multi-variable Calculus (forced to take it by my parents) :-/
For those worried about the number of AP classes, don’t be. I’m sure you all can handle it
I speak from experience going from 0-1-4-6 in my four years of high school.
Of the classes I’m taking this year (English Lang and Comp AP, Bio AP, Calc BC AP, Physics C AP, Macro/Micro Econ AP, World Religions, Spanish AP), I’m most frightened regarding Spanish AP. Not because of reading or writing, but I am not the fastest speaker, nor skilled at responding in dialogues.
Steel design
@savagestudent7 AP Chem is death, I took it last year. Good luck
I’m most worried about AP Physics 1
