Classes

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to see if the courses I am taking are rigorous enough. I am currently a sophomore.

Freshman:
H biology
H history
Spanish 1
P.E
English 1
Geometry
Note: In 8th grade I was in a weird common core math class. However, I got a 99 in that class, so they put me in the regular math course.

Sophomore:
H Chem
Spanish 2
H English 2
AP US history
Algebra 2
Power Walking
Note: I was originally put in H Algebra 2, but since I didn’t have that much experience in algebra 1, I thought it will be hard. Was this a right decision? Should I switch back? Can I switch back? Also, I thought that if I took regular algebra ii, it will be more easy for me to get an A - versus getting a b in Honors. By getting an A, I can move to Honors precalculus next year.
Future junior classes:
Ap chem
Ap world history
Ap computer science
H precalculus
H English 3
Spanish 3
Intro to engineering
Are these classes hard enough? Can I still go to a good college?

Since you got a 99 in integrated math 1 I would assume ou’re ready for algebra 2H.in addition, it’s easier to 'drop down’from a more intensely paced to a less intensively paced class, than the reverse.

Your schedule and your plans are good.
Plan to take regular or honors physics or AP physics 1 Senior year as well as AP English Language.

Thank You for your help.

However, would I get into a good college with my current and future classes.

I want to get into Caltech, MIT, Berkeley, or Cornwell.
