classes

I start my first semester in college on June 11th, 2008. I end that semester August 2nd.

I am thinking about taking a Biology class, English class, and Nutrition (an elective).

Would that be okay, or should I take a history class instead of the elective?

It depends on the school, but usually the selection of classes is much greater during the main school year as opposed to the summer. If you're doing summer classes, make them ones that go towards requirements so you're more likely to be able to take interesting electives offered during the regular school year.

How can anybody else tell you what to take or what you'll be able to do?

I was asking for suggestions on taking either: a science, english and history class or a english, science, and elective.

Depends entirely on your major, incoming credits, interests, general ed and college requirements...
