Are there any programs out there that have an Ancient Greek course?

Well if your less than 16, Johns Hopkins CTY has beginning Ancient Greek 1 and 2.

The University of Chicago offers intensive language courses that condense 10 weeks of material into a three-week session – a three-course sequence, nine weeks, equals a full academic year of study. (Attic) Greek is one of the languages offered.

I believe Harvard’s summer program offers beginning Greek (you might have to petition to get in the course as a high school student). If you don’t plan on traveling too far or paying for a residential program, you can always check out online courses. There’s a free one that’s supposed to be pretty good at [Learn Greek Online!](Learn Greek Online!)

Ancient Greek study is definitely something that stands out on a college application, and practically nobody takes the National Greek Exam at the highest levels, so it’s not nearly as difficult to earn recognition as the more popular languages.
