Classified as OOS for Michigan- Will this hurt my chances.

Because my dad lives in Texas, I have been classified as OOS. I've been going to Michigan schools since first grade. I doubt the forms will reach Michigan before EA decisions are made. I applied to the engineering college and here are my stats
3.781 GPA (max weighted 4)
Class Rank 18/184
34 ACT
Hispanic
Pretty good EC's
Fantastic Recommendations

Is it harder to get in oos and am I screwed?

Yeah, same thing over here. I’m eligible for in-state, but am still officially qualified as OOS. I don’t think it’ll hurt our chances, though. The admission office will see that we selected in-state and that we went to Michigan schools, so they’ll realize that it’s just a matter or paperwork. And even if they did consider you completely out of state, you’d still have great chances with those scores.
