Clemson or USC Columbia?

I was accepted to both, majoring in psychology. Clemson has (so far) not given me any money or anything, but USC Columbia is offering me a total of 5,000 and has let me into the Capstone program. I like Columbia’s location, but Clemson has a more put together campus and (apparently) a better program. I’m torn, so any suggestions, information, or experiences is very welcome.

I went to Clemson but I can’t see employers seeing a difference between a degree from Clemson or SC.

I visited both schools, and personally found USC much more inviting and pleasant. But that’s just my opinion… I agree with at DrClemson. I don’t think anyone will second guess your resume with either school. If I were you, I would ask current students or visit a class at either school if you are able. Good luck!

It’s up to you… I liked Clemson a lot better when I visited… however if money is a big factor then I would go with USC

Will you be going to grad school? Can you afford Clemson without merit money? If finances are a consideration, USC Columbia is the obvious choice. If finances are not a consideration, I would choose Clemson.
