Clemson questions

Hi, I just have a quick question about Clemson's admission process and their scholarships. So far I have only applied to Clemson and to Duke just to see if I would get in. Im from out of state so I dont just have to get in but I am also going to need to get some kind of scholarship/in state tuition etc. Here are my scores and whatnot:

SAT: 1520 780m/740v
ACT: 32
GPA: 3.25
Classes: Pretty much the hardest we have at my school. Taken all honors and A.P. but I also have a few slack classes my senior year like weight training and media assistant.
Rank: 60/305
E.C.: Baseball 4 years, FCA, Beta club 1 year, work, youth clinics, some other stuff
National Merit Semi atm

I have a few friends who also applied to Clemson with lower test scores and equal GPAs and a few of them were accepted as soon as mid Dec with the out of state tuition waived and stipends. Clemson's website said that all accepted students would be notified Feb. 15 so i called to ask what was up. They said students receiving scholarships will be notified earlier. They also said recipients of some of their larger scholarships are not notified until January. So my questions are 1) should i have any problem getting accepted and 2) am I being notified later due to the possibility of recieving a larger scholorship or because Im not recieving one at all. I know there is no way to know for sure but yalls thoughts would be appreciated because Im getting kind of worried. If theres no $$ comming from Clemson I had better start applying to some in state schools fast...

clemson, def idk about duke though, low gpa, a friend got into clemson with a 1350 3.85 and got instate tuition and that was it, no other money with his steller gpa and test scores, he was spanish so i dont know whats up with clemson

Bump..... thanks for reply. When did your friend get his acceptance letter. thats whats worrying me. it seems everyone who has already been accepted has had their out of state tuition waived. Im hoping getting mine late doesnt mean that I am not getting that.

if you applied before dec. 1st you'll hear the week of 2/15
