Hey everybody,
I’m attending CU next fall and just wanted to know what people think about the living-learning communities there? My parents think it’s a good idea, I just don’t want it to be a bunch of kids who never party and eat with their professors every single meal. Also, they live in Benet Hall (one of the shoeboxes- that’s all I know), so if you are currently attending Clemson or went there, please let me know what that dorm is like. Thanks yall
I know people who have lived in the CBBS community and they are completely normal and social people. Just because you live with people in your major and are involved in the program doesn’t mean you can’t have a social life either. There’s plenty of opportunities to branch out and meet other people through student organizations etc… and I’m sure not everybody is that worst case scenario you described. If the program sounds good to you and you think you would benefit by doing it, go for it!
