<p>I just got back from seeing "Closer," and I have to say, that was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. Sure, it was overly dramatic at some parts, and I wasn't particularly happy with Julia Roberts' role, but otherwise it was just so well-done! </p>
<p>And Natalie Portman was just too beautiful, as she always is. Was anyone else surprised about her role in this film?</p>
<p>My girlfriend is seeing that right now as I type...and that's about all I have to say about that movie...</p>
<p>That's funny. I figured guys would like this movie! I went to see it with my boyfriend and another couple, and both the guys were oogling Portman the whole time.</p>
<p>why would you go to a movie just so you could oogle someone. that seems pretty pointless to me. but whtaever. i really knew nothing about the movie, i'm curious to see what she says about it. until then i'll keep making her christmas gift. what a kind boyfriend i am.</p>

<p>No, we dragged them along. But honestly, this movie isn't a chick flick, if that's what you think about it. It was really quite good. </p>

<p>it's a cd with a bunch of songs that we haev jokes about and stuff, and then the 'album art' is all stuff that i've saved like concert tickets and stuff, i'm all artsy and crap so it looks pretty cool, if i do say so myself. and then i'm going to color photocopy it so it's all one surface and print out a label for the cd and stuff. and striped socks...have some of those too.</p>
