CLU vs UCSC

I’d love to get some advice on choosing a school.
My two options are California Lutheran and University of California Santa Cruz.
I’m an environmental science major (however if I got to UCSC I’m considering changing it to a BS major since the major I applied as is a BA).
The financial breakdowns of both are really different. California Lutheran is less the $10k for me to attend while UCSC is $25k. I just want to get some opinions on which school I should admit too since I’m having trouble making a choice. For what I want to do UCSC has a better tuition quality but CLU (however at CLU I’d be in the honors program) is cheaper by far and I would come out with likely no debt. I’m planning on attending a graduate school after getting my undergraduate degree. Thanks!

I’m curious as to what you decided?
