Is there a webpage with up to date information about clubs at SBU and contact information for them? A friend was showing me a site but it looked obsolete.

Thanks.

Instructional Computing Main Page

That's the site I know. Problem is that some of the links are old, but most of those at least redirect to the proper site so you can set your own bookmarks.

One more thing, I want to sign uo for 20 credits but i know there is a limit of 19 credits. Is it possible to take more than 19?

Only with permission from your departmental advisor.

I'm pretty sure all incoming students, freshman/transfer can't overload the first semester.(School rules)

Correct, but I thought frasi was already an SBU student.

Chris

Yes. I don't think I will get the permission, though. I am trying to decide between two classes, so I thought I'd just add both and then drop one later based on the first week of class since the other class is 1 person away from capacity, but I don't think that will constitute a convinving reason.

If you get over a 3.0 after your first semester, you don't even have to ask permission to overload. You just fill out a form. (Read it in the undergrad guide)

i know alot of people taking like 21 credits so i believe it is possible for you although ur gpa like odin1 said need to be over 3.0.

Approval of overload petitions is automatic now if you have over a certain GPA.

OK, my GPA will clear. How soon can I let them know that I want to take 21?
