It seems that the OP is confused about selection of a program in Indian schools, as I believe you all apply to college a bit later than US or Canadian students due to board scores. Additionally, in order to apply abroad, the OP would now have to take a gap year, which I would be against since not only will OP waste money but also waste time. In your application, few if any things stand out. Therefore, scholarship chances would be low.

It is true that you can go into a liberal college in the US and explore whether you prefer the sciences or the arts (or both). However, the same could be done at engineering colleges here (which also have the liberal college component usually attached), with a little bit more restrictions. For example, if you go into chemical engineering and you decide to double major in chemistry/biomedical engineering, you can do that but it may take 5 years instead of the traditional 4.

When relating this to Indian schools, freedom to move around is not possible. Therefore, get someone knowledgeable about commerce. You have not shared what your interests are and what subjects you enjoy. All you have described is someone who lays around like it’s summer. Get used to life and stop dreaming…
I don’t know how much of help the bottom links may be, but it could get you started on what is out there through a commerce 12th year education:
