<p>I think it's possible that they just haven't started making the phone calls yet. I would think they give a certain amount of time to get the responses from accepted students back, and then they have to process that, and then I think they would go to the waitlist. So if the deadline was May 1st, I'd say they gave it at least a week, if not more, and then they will start contacting people end of this week/next week.</p>

<p>i'm a spring admit who wanted a spot for the fall, and i called USC yesterday and they said there are NO spots left for the fall. i don't know if that is indicative of anything..but if it is, then i'm sorry....</p>
