Co-ed dorms?

Just found out that Lehigh has co-ed dorms. Do most students choose the co-ed dorms? sometimes I just want to chill with the boys and am wondering if there is a different vibe to co-ed vs normal dorms. Please share experiences.

I lived on the first floor of M&M my freshman year. M&M’s 2nd and 3rd floors were separated by gender but the first floor was coed. I can honestly say living on a coed floor didn’t really change anything. There was a separate bathroom for both genders but the lounge was shared. I didn’t really interact with my floor much and I instead spent most of my time at my friend’s dorm (also coed). I don’t think being on a coed floor affects the vibe at all just my opinion tho.

thank you!
