I was just wondering if anyone knew someone or was in the program themselves. Is it a waste of time, or is it actually helpful? Thanks

One of my kids is in the process of taking most of those courses as a part of his major.

He is enjoying them, recently said that he is now seeing the courses coming together and relating after taking several of the upper level classes. Like anything, he’s said some of the courses have proven helpful and a few not so much (but he still enjoyed those on a personal level). I will say he has liked almost all of his instructors in these classes, just a couple of exceptions. I think if you are going into education it could be a good thing if you are interested in coaching (especially if you have any interest in or expect to be engaged in adaptive physical activity or diverse situations). If you are in any kind of sports/health/physical activity major, you will likely already be taking many of the classes, and so some related majors won’t allow it as a minor
