Coalition App: Is it okay to put a community server as an extracurricular and as community service?

The Coalition UF app requests for me to list my community service activities. Some of the activities I list I have already listed in the Coalition “Profile” Extracurricular section and I’m worried that a UF Rep might not like reading about the same activity twice.

For example, I am the president of my environmental club that does heaps of community service activities. Since it’s an important EC to me, I put it in my Coalition EC Profile, but I also have it listed as community service in the UF Questions portion on Coalition.

So, should I avoid repeating community service/extracurriculars and make the UF portion of the Coalition App and the profile portion of the Coalition App have completely different entries?

My D put them in both. She had a club where she did a lot of community service in the first two years and now is an officer her senior year. She did not repeat all the info, just provided more detail on the community service activities on the UF questions area.

I think as long as you are providing additional information or more detail and just not cut and pasting the info you are OK. After all they did ask basically the same question twice, I think UF did that to make sure they captured all the info they were looking for.
