<p>Hey, all semi-finalists...do you have questions for the application? When the essay says 500 words for a limit...are they extremely strict on that? Also, what do you think of the semifinalist application?</p>
<p>i would assume so. their pdf wont let me type more than 500. and if you think about it I would write under the limit you wouldnt want to take the risk of having more than 500 and getting penalized for that.</p>

<p>Hey semifinalists, I wanted to know where you put academic honor and awards. Is there a section? I don't know where it would fit under since it isn't part of community service or ecs. Does that mean they don't really care about honors and awards? I don't really think that I should have become a semifinalist because I don't have the greatest SAT scores but I have like 400 hours of community service. Is that how many you guys had?</p>

<p>I'm still struggling to finish all those short answers. Is the essay pretty much open-ended? It doesn't seem to have a real definite topic. Hey, do you have to write the essay directly on that form, or can you attach a separate page?</p>
