CogSci Major w/ Specialization in HCI

I'm currently a cognitive science major with a specialization in human computer interaction. I don't know if I'd want to stick with this major, because every time I tell someone that I'm a cogsci major, they usually don't know what it is and I have to explain it to them. I was hoping to just get my bachelor's degree and not have to go to grad school. Would I be able to find employment after graduation with just a bachelor's degree? And if so, what types of jobs specifically can this degree get me? I was thinking about maybe doing something in the field of artificial intelligence, but would I need to take more physics/engineering related courses?

I've already spent countless hours on different cogsci websites, but I think the more I panic about it the worse it gets. I just need help getting some of these thoughts together.

Thank you for your help in advance. I'm sorry I'm all over the place, but please bear with me!
