<p>When applying through the common app, do we need an activity sheet of some sort? Also, if we do, where do we attach it in the common app? Or do we just input the extra curriculars we did onto the Common App itself? Thanks in advance for the responses. </p>

<p>You should compress your items and be efficient in your descriptions. A sheet is hardly necessary. That fine detail about your club or fundraiser? It does not matter to any college. They will read the list and formulate a picture of you in 15 seconds.</p>
<p>If you must elaborate (and I would say MOST HS students do not need to do so), then in your activity, cite the “additional information” page.</p>
