Being the time that many Juniors (including me) begin to start thinking about, and drafting their admission essays, I was wondering if there are any good books out their that help you gain in inside view of college admission essays, or just even some advice about college admissions. Any suggestions on books?
<p>I bought books last year and never used them. They are pretty useless, besides getting the idea that you need to write a creative essay that is true to yourself and your life (which you should be doing anyways!!).</p>

i bought college admissions essays for dummies and something else, but i can't remember the name...never opened
it's helpful to read the sample essays if you have no clue what you're doing, but they don't have a secret formula on just how to write the essay--you have to come up with that yourself :)</p>
