If I did many activities in middle and lower school but not as many in high school is that a downfall for college applications? In middle school I was a member of SGA all 3 years including class president, middle school secretary, and middle school president. Also, I was Vice President of NJHS, Sudoku, and a club where we wrote letters to sick children. I volunteered at my church every Sunday since I was 12. I did cheerleading, tai Kwon do, and theatre. In high school I am in many AP courses so I have less time to splurge freely. Studying, a little soccer and volunteering, but thats it. Does this affect my college apps? Can I still include my cheer leading and tai Kwon if I did it for close to 4 years?

You cannot put any activities that were not done in high school, unless you wrote a book or cured cancer (which would be in the additional information section).

Most apps have the section organized like
Activity:
Type:
Grade: (it’ll be boxes where you check) 9 10 11 12
Description:
Position:
