The customer service people at College Board are like Robots. They give rehearsed answers to questions. It is so frustrating...

I wanted one of my SAT-II subject tests hand-scored because I believed the automated scoring machine made a crucial error in recognizing that I answered Biology M and, not Biology E as reported in my results. So I paid $50 fee and sent in the form. It has been more than 6 weeks. Now it is the seventh week. Have been calling custome service, every time they ask the same questions, I give my answers and they end with a non-answer: "Please be assurred that your case will be looked into" or something along that line. I am frustrated!!
In the mean time admission decisions are probably being made without my correct SAT score. I am going to write to each of the colleges complaining about the college board.

I had just composed the letter to Universities about the problem and was going to print out. Then I checked My Scores at the collegeboard site and found that they had corrected the score Thank God!
So, the last phone call on Monday must have helped speed things up. Finally!
Now, I don't know when they will send the correct socre to colleges. I can't take a chance, I'm going write to Admissions Office about the new score.

Unfortunately, we have all had to learn the cluelessness of the Collegeboard's employees. Don't you feel like you have to explain what you're talking about as you go along? It's as if they're mentally challenged or something.

Hey guys, same problem here. I took M and they gave me a 630 E, and I still haven't received a response. I talked to some of their supervisors and apparently they're just as clueless. lol It is difficult to convey my anger with words.

i called CB the other day to ask a question about score reports. First it took the guy like 5 minutes to understadn the question and then he gave me the wrong answer... I asked him are you sure? He said hold on and came back saying I was right? You would think an organization that is committed to helping students go to college and university would hire employees that have the mental capacity to deal with questions about their tests...but I guess not.
