College choice - Penn State vs University of South Carolina

I’m very in between USC and psu…

• I am really into Greek life
  -I live in pa
• i got over 9,000 dollars in scholarship money from USC
• I got 2,000 per semester from penn state and in state tutiton
• I enjoy college sports
• money and student debt is important to me
• unfortunately everyone from my school goes to penn state
• is usc too far?
  Can anyone give me insight on both? I got into both… I know I can handle college life but it’s about money and liking where I am???

It looks to me like PSU will be cheaper overall due to in-state tuition, even if they didn’t offer you as much scholarship money – is this correct?

If so, I’d go there and not look back. We’ve got sports, we’ve got Greek life, we’ve got 40,000 students so you never have to see the people from your high school unless you really want to. Win-win.
