Northwestern, Michigan, UCLA, Berkely, University of Virginia, Washington U at St. Louis, Cornell, New York.

Thanks.

bump??? please

Your stats could get you into Michigan, UCB, or UCLA if you lived in those states. But the problem is that the out-of-state applicant pool is extremely competitive.
You didn’t include very much information regarding the rigor of the courses you took and I can’t tell how much time you put into your extra-curricular stuff. If all that took a lot of time and those are very strong, active programs at your school, then I would say you have a better shot. They want to see commitment to a few things, so make sure you finish out strong in the EC stuff that you have started.
If you raise your ACT by 3 or 4 points, or get an SAT score that is as impressive as your SAT II scores, then you have a much better chance, especially at the public schools. They are more focused on test scores than the private schools. Private schools will take into account your extra-curricular stuff much more. Make sure you do not neglect liberal arts colleges in your college search. I don’t know if you’re more of a social science/English person or a science/math person so I’ll include two lists of schools that you might want to check out.

Social Sciences/English liberal arts colleges
Bowdoin
Reed
Pomona
Haverford
Kenyon
Macalester

Math/Science liberal arts colleges
Carleton
Harvey Mudd
Haverford

Just some ideas.
