<p>You should take both the SAT and ACT because you don’t know which one will play to your strengths. Also, depending on where you’ll be applying, you may also need to take some SAT II (subject) tests.</p>
<p>You may also wish to ascertain each “target university’s” requirements and specifically to comply with them.</p>
<p>Some students are significantly better at one test over another (like myself, ACT>>>SAT). Others, only a minimal difference. Play to your strengths like above post. </p>
