Ok so in my common app college essay I am talking about how my move, volunteer experiences, and debate shaped the way I am today.
However, for my short answer essay do I just further explain my most important activity, which is debate or should I talk about swimming, which I participated for 3 years in high school but now for my last year of high school I am not so fanatic about compared to debate.
In other words,
College essay includes:
1) Move
2) Volunteering
3) Debate
Short Answer will include either:
1) Swimming
or
2) Debate
Thanks!!!!

If you think you went into enough detail about debate in the essay, might be a good idea to do swimming in the short answer.

Thanks, that’s exactly what my cat thought also. lol
She just meowed when I asked her…

I’m sorry, I’m just a student applying as well and didn’t want to respond as if I was an expert on this, as obvious as the answer to this dumb question seems.

I wasn’t being sarcastic and how is my question dumb?
