College Essay Ideas...advice?

I had some ideas about what I wanted to write (I could mold them to fit whichever essay I pick on the Common app)
I wanna become a doctor and I DO KNOW that in the essay I wanna stress my dream of helping people and bringing a smile to someone's face because I genuinely love that.

Being suicidal (this might be a bit too personal but it has honestly been the most influential thing for my career choice)

One day on a school trip I sorta had a debate/argument with the mayor of my city. we disagreed over something and i kept raising my hand to counter whatever he had to say, sorta helped me gain confidence and break out of my shell (I'm very opinionated, colleges seem to like that)

My volunteering (maybe too cliche)

My work at an after school program tutoring elementary kids

Something about poverty, struggles, etc. (way too cliche to me)

something about being Hindu and its influence of my life?

Immigrating to America from Guyana at the age of 6 (idk if this is overdone on essays)

These are all I can think of but it's difficult to narrow down.

Not being suicidal, unfortunately. It’s really hard to right an essay about mental illness in a way that will make admissions officers certain that you won’t have some kind of relapse in college, and that will really jeopardize your chances of admission.

This is interesting, but IDK how you will tie that to helping people.

3-7. These may all be cliched, but maybe not. It depends how you write the essays.
