I have submitted my commonapp, later I found typo on my college essay.
I was saying " I am not afraid to ask questions", but instead I wrote "I am afraid to ask questions"
I don't know what I should be doing right now. Please help.

Is that your main essay? Be very careful next time, do not rush. I don’t think there’s much to fix it. However, as long as you convey what you really mean in general, it won’t hurt with a single sentence miswritten, I think the AO will figure it out.

Thank you very much.
For most of my proof readers said that the whole essay is very good, but one paragraph. So I tried to fix it and end up messing up.

You can also email each college, provide a SHORT explanation with a new essay corrected.

Additionally, for colleges you haven’t submitted yet, create a version 2 with correction before you submitted. See instructions on Common App…

Hope this helps. Best of luck! : )
