<p>kinda nervous kinda not. What kind of questions do they ask????????</p>
<p>Any good tips will be appreciated !!</p>
<p>Well, I'm an interviewer for CMU and I ask pretty typical questions --</p>
<p>Why are you interested in CMU?
What are you interested in majoring in? Why?
What is your favorite subject? Why?
How do you like to spend your free time?
What is your favorite EC activity?
What types of ECs do you plan to get involved in in college?
etc
etc</p>
<p>Just be yourself, speak clearly, and PLEASE elaborate on your answers. Make it a conversation. </p>
<p>And be sure to have at least 3 questions to ask your interviewer. I guarantee that ANY interview you ever do in your life, the interviewer is expecting you to ask questions at the end.</p>
<p>For alumni interviews these can be something personal about their views of certain aspects of the school and of Pittsburgh.</p>
<p>CMU was my best interview (I like that they let you pick the person)</p>
<p>we mostly just had a conversation the actual questions he asked were:
what did you like / dislike about High school
why CMU
tell me about yourself - what are you interested in?
what did you do last summer?</p>
<p>have questions for hir, and just have fun!</p>
