College Interviews

I have a lot of questions regarding college interviews, and I'm sure lots of other people have them also, so I am making this thread for college interviews. People who have done them before can answer questions or give advice and people can ask questions here

So here are the questions I have:

What sort of attire are you supposed to wear? (ie formal, semiformal, casual)

What specifically do you need to bring if they( the admissions officer) tell you that they don't require anything. Such as a resume, etc.

What kind of questions do they typically ask?

And lastly, what should you do, such as ask lots of questions, etc?

Clothes: neat and clean, comfortable but not overly casual. For boys: khakis with collared shirt or sweater. Girls - nice pants (not jeans) or a simple skirt, collared shirt or sweater. No t-shirts.

Bring: Questions. If your interview occurs before you have applied, you might want to bring a list of your activities and maybe the classes you've taken to give your interviewer some subjects to talk about.

Question: Should be intelligent. Don't ask things that are in the guidebooks (how many students attend, what is the academic calendar, etc). Do ask questions about an area you may plan to major in, or about any major changes the college is planning to make.
