Another Psychology major?..No?

You have to study to get A’s in political science? Looks like a typical response from someone with a BA in BS.

Everyone has a point of view and that will come through their teaching. That doesn’t mean they are trying to indoctrinate you. College is about a bunch of different things, but trying to get people to be a certain way sounds like it would take way too much organization as well as a general agreement amongst all of the staff. Maybe there is something like that going on in some private small colleges, but in a general sense, no way.

Colleges are money making businesses. That is probably the first and foremost reason for their existence. They get money through many different channels. There is the tuition paid, books sold, donations accepted, and the government money too. They are paying what can amount to at some of the larger schools, a small cities worth of salaries and paychecks. There is a ton of money coming in and going out of schools.

You think that the teachers, professors, and teachers assistants should all be excited and fired up to be fertilizing the young growing minds of their students when in reality they are all people to and are doing their jobs. Most of them want to complete their daily work and get home to the family. If you are looking for inspiration you need to look within in most cases.
