College List Help!

I’m a black male who is a HS junior in New Jersey, and I’m looking for a school that is
-Pretty much anywhere in the size range- like 3,000 to 20,000
-Not too far from NJ but probably out of state
-I’m kind of nerdy and quirky and it’s a big boon if the school matches that or has segments that match that
-Options for majors, as I’m undecided as of yet.
-Preferably in a city or just outside.
Stats:
2230 SAT Superscore (750 W 750 CR 730 M)
~3.98 Unweighted cumulative GPA, ~4.5 Weighted.
Top 1 or 2 in my class.
I have decent EC’s, but nothing extraordinary.

Here is my college list so far. I’d really like any suggestions and input about any of my schools!
Brown University
Johns Hopkins University
Case Western Reserve University
University of Chicago
Carnegie Mellon University
University of Pittsburgh
University of Richmond
Tufts University
George Washington University
University of Rochester
(Possibly TCNJ as a safety, I hear good things about it)
Thank you so much!

How much can you and your family afford?

I think about $30-$35,000, but I think I’ll get decent financial aid almost anywhere.

You don’t need any advice except visit schools to see which you like and figure out where you are a full ride candidate. Have at least three schools where you can go for just room and board or everything. Many of the schools on your list meet full need if that’s what you need.

-Duke University
-Georgetown University
-Northwestern University
-SUNY Binghamton
-UNC Chapel Hill

Temple would also be a safety for you, if you’d prefer a city. You would undoubtedly get a very nice scholarship from them. I’d add Rice and Washington U.-St. Louis as possibilities,as well.
