which is a better major, biology or molecular and cellular biology?
I want to apply to pa school after college, so which major would be OVERALL better and easier? in terms of easier, i mean less extra courses i have to take excluding pre med courses.
There is no “better” as long as you have completed the courses that a grad program wants you to have completed. English majors go to med school.
As for easier, I’m not sure what you mean. “less extra courses excluding pre-med” ? Your school will explicitly tell you how many credits are required for any major (along with listing for you the specific classes required for that major so you can compare to any PA school’s reqs). Odds are that both Bio and CMB at your school contain all the PA reqs within their core coursework.
