college not receiving hs transcript?

i have applied to three schools so far, and out of the two that sent me a link to check my application's status, one says that they have not received my full transcript

one of them received my teacher recommendation, secondary school report, and high school transcript (electronic) all on the same day. it does not say that i need to send anything else.

the other received my CAO Sec. School Report, Guidance Counselor Letter of Recommendation, and High School Transcript 9 - 11 all together, but not my high school transcript - 12. is my current year transcript sent separately?

did the first college receive my grade 12 transcript and just group it all together with the rest of my transcript? do i have to have it sent again to the second college, or is it just slower processing?

sorry if these are really stupid questions, i just don't really understand how this part of the application process works.

Whatever tool you used to send the transcript should have given you a confirmation that it was sent, often via email. Check for that.

If you got that then realize that some schools may take a week or more to process it, especially if its paper.

Finally dont hesitate to call the admissions office. Ask them specifically what they are missing and how long the need to process things. If the timeline doesnt add up, send it again, and make sure you have the contact information right.
