Application Tracking problem

I attended a one high-school till grade 10 and a different one for grades 11 and 12. I requested both high schools to send reports to the colleges I applied to, and they confirmed that they did.
Now the problem is, on the college application tracking websites, it tells you what materials they received and what they didn't, under secondary school report it just says received.
Only the columbia college website specifically lists what reports they received and there it says that they only received the report from my grade 11 and 12 school. So now I'm worried about whether or not my 9th and 10th grade school report has reached the other colleges. They all say they will notify me themselves if any part of the app. is missing, but what if they just look at the grade 11 and 12 report and think that thats all I submitted? I really want them to see the grade 9 and 10 report as well.

I'm an international applicant by the way

I'd have the 9-10 school resend your transcript, just to be on the safe side. They won't look down on you if they receive 2 copies of the same transcript. If you have time, you might even want to email each school.

We had this problem with one of my daughter's schools...it had been 1 1/2 months since the transcript was sent and there was no update online, so I had the transcript resent. They updated her online status about 1 week after they should have received the second transcript.

I've emailed them, but never received a proper response, I think they're quite busy at this time of the year.
I don't mind asking my school to re-send, but its a lot of work, so I would only like to request them if its necessary.
Should I just wait till i get a notification from the college saying that its actually missing?

I wouldn't worry about "it's a lot of work..." that's the school's job, and I'm sure they're used to re-sending transcripts. Tell them you've got a problem! I'd ask them when they sent the transcripts and to what schools.

And I personally wouldn't accept "they're busy" as an excuse for the colleges not responding to your email. That's just horrible customer service. Nobody should have to put up with that. (I'm a Customer Service professional.)

Since it might be a while before you get any acknowledgement of your application from Columbia, why don't you just have the transcript re-sent there? That seems to be the problem one, anyway. We only had one problem school, too. After I had the transcript re-sent, we no longer had a problem.

Yes, i think I'll just have it sent to Columbia for now.
I just got a reply from the University of Michigan saying that they received both school reports. No clue about the other colleges.
