<p>I am finishing up my Upenn Supplement Essay. Is it allright if I mention a study abroad program at Upenn that I am interested in?....Its with the London School of Economics and Political Science, and I'd be required to spend 1 year abroad. Does mentioning a year long study abroad program in your essay somehow imply that Upenn is not your top choice.....<<<because you want to study elsewhere?</p>

<p>HERE IS THE PROMPT---Describe the courses of study and the unique characteristics of the University of Pennsylvania that most interest you. Why do these interests make you a good match for Penn?</p>

<p>doesn't hurt to include it, as long as you stress things in philadelphia that draw you to penn</p>

<p>I don't know, i guess because the study abroad program was for a year, it might make its seem like I am wanting to study at another school more than I wanted to for upenn........</p>
