College or Work

Okay, I am 28 years old. When I was 26 years old, I went back to college to get my bachelors degree. I had 40 transferable credits.

I love my job. However, I feel like my position is unstable because I'm across the board. It means, I'm a gopher and filler where no one wants to be in. It is very exhausting and I'm not enjoying my job these days. Also, my supervisor used to be flexible with my school schedule but now I am required to schedule my classes around the schedule she approves for me. It is very difficult. I came to the realization that this job doesn't need me anymore because there isn't a clear description of what my role is. I've gotten notice for the first time in 7 years that before I change anything on my schedule or do anything (I mean anything), I had to get approval from my department chair and supervisor.

I've been to a counselor (counselor thinks my workplace has organizational problems), am taking anxiety meds, and feel like my opinions and suggestions don't matter to the college I work at. I am 28 years old and I know my degree is important to me. However, with this economic mess...my questions are:

Should I quit this job? Should I just finish up my degree with a part-time job? Any suggestions....
